Transition 2026: Salary TDS Reset in the New Tax Year

FY 2025-26 (मार्च
2026 तक दी जाने वाली
सैलरी) पर TDS पुराने कानून की Section 192 के
अनुसार कटेगा। 
लेकिन 1 अप्रैल 2026 से (Tax Year 2026-27) सैलरी पर TDS नए कानून की
Section 392(1)
के अनुसार लागू होगा।

इसका
मतलब है कि 1 अप्रैल
2026 से आपका TDS फिर से reset होगा,
जिससे आपकी हर महीने की
कटौती में थोड़ा बदलाव आ सकता है।

Employer
को नई टैक्स ईयर
की शुरुआत में आपकी अनुमानित आय, deductions और चुने गए
tax regime के आधार पर TDS की नई calculation करनी
होगी।

allowance. The government has raised child education allowance from Rs 100 per
