The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date for filing annual returns and financial statements for FY 2024–25. Companies can file prescribed e-forms up to 31st January 2026 without paying any additional fees. All other conditio
ns of the earlier circular remain unchanged.
