ITC UTILIZATION CONTINUOUS AS PER OLD METHOD
ITC’s utilization
in GSTR 3B of April 2019 is being done in an old way. Because of which tax
payers are facing a lot of problems for which CBEC released a circular whose
number is 98/17/2019-GST
it says that as long as the portal does not get updated you can utilize ITC old
method.
