The Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs offers a one-time chance (15 Apr–15 Jul 2026) for defaulting companies to clear pending filings by paying only 10% of late fees under the Companies Act, 2013 (around 90% relief). Companies can also opt for dormant status (50% fee) or strike-off (25% fee). The scheme excludes certain companies and provides penalty immunity if compliance is completed on time.
